Local Service: Are rentals and vendor coordination included?

Home staging service includes curation and coordination of rental furniture and accessories. The rental vendor will then coordinate with you directly to collect payment.

The homeowner is responsible for coordinating vendor services such as home painting or repairs. Home Presentation is happy to recommend a list of preferred dependable local vendors.

Any accessories rentals are added to your total invoice. Home Presentation will not incur any costs on your behalf without prior approval.
